Real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) system is a molecular biology technique used to measure the amount of a specific DNA sequence or RNA transcript in real-time during the PCR amplification process. It is an improved version of traditional PCR that allows for the quantification and analysis of PCR products during each cycle of amplification.

In a real-time Quantitative PCR System system, the PCR reaction mixture contains a DNA-binding fluorescent dye or a sequence-specific probe with a fluorophore and a quencher. As the PCR reaction progresses and the target DNA is amplified, the dye or probe binds to the newly synthesized DNA strands and emits fluorescent signals that can be detected by the instrument.

The real-time qPCR system continuously monitors the fluorescence intensity at each cycle of amplification. It measures the increase in fluorescence signals, which is proportional to the amount of PCR product, to quantify the initial amount of the target DNA or RNA template in the sample.

The real-time Quantitative PCR Machine system is widely used in various applications, including gene expression analysis, genotyping, pathogen detection, viral load quantification, and many other molecular biology studies that require accurate and precise quantification of nucleic acids.
