Portable Pcr Thermal Cycler

The Quantitative PCR System gene analyzer produced by Superyears Gene is based on the principle of Sanger sequencing. Capillary electrophoresis is used to detect the products of genes amplified by Pcr Analyzer System. The amplified products are correspondingly labelled with different fluorescence dyes. Due to the molecular size of each gene, the mobility of the genetic molecules is also different during electrophoresis. Therefore, the fluorescence-labelled products that pass through the detection window in their respective size, the emitted light in the detection window can excite the fluorescence-labelled molecules. The CDD camera placed in the detection window detects the fluorescence-labelled molecules in order of their size. The synchronized image will be on the CCD camera, and the analysis software can automatically convert the different fluorescence into DNA information. The analysis results can be output in various forms such as gel electrophoretogram and fluorescence peak plot.
