Rt-Qpcr Instrument Description

1. PCR reaction setup: Prepare the Real-Time Pcr reaction mix by combining the DNA or RNA template, primers, probes, and other necessary components such as nucleotides, buffer, and polymerase. The reaction mix is then distributed into the wells of the PCR plate.
2. Thermocycling: Place the Quantitative PCR System plate into the 5-channel thermocycler, which can accommodate multiple samples simultaneously. The thermocycler will then go through a series of temperature cycles, including denaturation, annealing, and extension, to amplify the target DNA or RNA sequence.
