Rt-Qpcr Instrument Description

Real-time monitoring: The 5-channel thermocycler is equipped with fluorescence detection capabilities. During each temperature cycle, the thermocycler detects the fluorescence emitted by the labeled probe as it binds to the amplified DNA or RNA. This allows for real-time monitoring of the amplification process.

Data analysis: The Quantitative Real-Time Pcr System data is collected and analyzed using specialized software. The software calculates the cycle threshold (Ct) value, which represents the cycle number at which the fluorescence signal crosses a predefined threshold. The Ct value is used to quantify the initial amount of target DNA or RNA in the sample.
